The Challenge
CargoAtlanta, a cargo van and SUV rental business in Atlanta, GA, had a broken inquiry flow. When a customer filled out the reservation form, the team only got a Gmail notification, and the customer heard nothing. No confirmation, no quote, no acknowledgment. Customers waited 2-8 hours to hear back, and some inquiries slipped through the cracks entirely.
The Solution
Built a custom reservation form on Replit and connected it to an n8n automation workflow that triggers three actions simultaneously: the internal team receives an email notification, the business owner gets an instant SMS alert via OpenPhone, and the customer receives a professional email with their reservation details and a full quote breakdown, all within seconds of submitting the form.

The Solution
Built an AI-powered chat assistant directly into the CargoAtlanta app, backed by a custom knowledge base loaded with vehicle details, pricing, rental policies, FAQs, and location info. The chatbot handles customer and prospect questions instantly, whether it's "What's the rate for a 15-passenger van?" or "Do you deliver to Hartsfield-Jackson?" Customers get real answers 24/7, and the team only steps in when a conversation needs a human touch.
